Terms and Conditions for the Beauty Spot on-line shop
Purchasing from our on-line shop.
We request kindly that all ordered products are collected within seven working days. If for any reason you are unable to collect your order, please let us know.
After you have ordered your products on-line you will receive an email confirming your purchase, we highly recommend you check this email to confirm the details are correct.
We do not post beauty products ordered on-line as we like you to check them before they leave the salon. But ordering on-line ensures your product is available for when you need it and we also offer a gift wrapping service, making our products perfect for presents too.
We offer postage for our gift vouchers.
All information hosted on the website may be subject to change and require up-dating from time to time. Beauty Spot Faversham reserves the right to advise you of these changes that may not be reflected on the website, this can include discontinued products and price changes.
Products purchased on-line or in-store must be paid for in full.
All images of products shown on the website are for guidance only and may not offer an exact or identical picture of the product.
Our refund policy
Due to the nature of beauty products and in the interests of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on products that are opened, sampled or taken from the salon unless there is an issue with their quality or the product was misrepresented, or in an unfortunate event the incorrect product was given for an order received.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend all purchased products are carefully checked before you leave the Beauty Spot salon, Faversham to make sure they are what you are expecting.
All orders received by 4pm will be processed and ready for collection by noon the following working day, if they are in stock. In busy times and if the product is proving popular this may vary but Beauty Spot will endeavour to inform you of the time delay and stock levels.
If you wish to receive a full refund on a purchase and providing the purchase has not left the Beauty Shop salon, we will aim to process a refund within 24 hours. We are unable to refund purchases at our reception and immediately, due to the demands of our busy salon, we thank you for your understanding.
If there is a product that you wish to purchase but you cannot see it on our on-line shop please ask, and we will endeavour to order it in for you. Full payment will be needed before we can do this, and you may have to visit the store to make this payment if the product isn’t listed on-line.
We offer a gift wrap service which is available at the point of sale from our on-line shop.
Payments for all products are taken via World Pay, this is a secure on-line payment system hosted externally from our website. Any refund will be automated via World Pay.
All personal details requested are for security and clarification of your identity and will not be shared with any third parties or used for marketing purposes, and upon request will be removed from our secure on-line shop system.
