Beauty Spot online orders and delivery

We are going to offer customers the option to purchase products online and have free delivery within a five mile radius of our salon in Faversham. We will also be offering a postage option. The delivery available for our products will be signed-for second class postage.

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to process any returns or offer refunds for any products bought from us and delivered to you.

Purchasing from our on-line shop.

After you have ordered your products on-line you will receive an email confirming your purchase, we highly recommend you check this email to confirm the details are correct. Errors can sometimes be corrected if we are notified immediately,

We also offer postage for our gift vouchers.

All information hosted on the website may be subject to change and require up-dating from time to time. Beauty Spot Faversham reserves the right to advise you of these changes that may not be reflected on the website, this can include discontinued products and price changes.

Products purchased on-line and/or in-store must be paid for in full at time of purchase as no credit is given.

All images of products shown on the website are for guidance only and may not offer an exact or identical picture of the product.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are valid for three months. The expiry date will be written on the voucher. If you are giving the voucher as a gift please make sure the recipient is aware. We adhere to our expiration dates.

Our refund policy

Due to the nature of beauty products and in the interests of hygiene at this current time we are unable to offer refunds on any products.

This does not effect your statutory rights.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend all purchased products are carefully checked when you are in the checkout stage of the website to make sure they are what you are expecting and want.

General

If there is a product that you wish to purchase but you cannot see it on our on-line shop please ask, and we will endeavour to order it in for you. Full payment will be needed before we can do this, we will discuss how this can take place, when we speak to you.

We offer a gift wrap service which is available at the point of sale from our on-line shop.

Payments for all products are taken via World Pay, this is a secure on-line payment system hosted externally from our website. Any refund will be automated via World Pay.

Your data

All personal details requested are for security and clarification of your identity and will not be shared with any third parties or used for marketing purposes, and upon request will be removed from our secure on-line shop system.
