Hot stones
Hot stone massage is a technique using basalt stones. The heat of the stones penetrates deep into the muscle tissue allowing the muscles to relax 4-5 times quicker than in a standard body massage. This will ease muscle tension and revitalise the muscle tissue by increasing blood circulation.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots and other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being. This treatment treats individual needs, using essential oils to make the perfect blend to help ease away tension or lift spirits.
Rose Retreat
A delightful uplifting treatment with rose oil for relaxation of the mind and body. The treatment room is prepared with rose aroma and the treatment is carried out on a heated blanket. The treatment includes a full body exfoliation to start followed by a full body massage.
Reflexology
